12 brilliant ways to organize your washi tape

12 brilliant ways to organize washi tapeAs you can imagine, I have a ton of washi tape. There are a billion rolls shoved in (two) drawers right now. And sadly, I can never see the beauty that is all of my washi – I have no idea what I have and, inevitably when I start a project, I end up spending 15 minutes per drawer trying to figure it out and go through all the tapes. It’s National Organization Month, so that it means it’s time to get my act together. And washi tape storage? It’s the perfect time. One thing that I love about these systems is that not only are they functional, but they look great! Washi tape just looks fun sitting out on your desk or craft table. So let’s get our acts together and organize our washi tape . . . which is your favorite system?

These are great! When I set up my washi storage, I wanted it to be able to grow (or shrink, but who am I kidding?) over time. Here’s what I came up with:

I love having mine out for colorful display as well as function. I took an old cabinet door, painted it white, and hammered a bunch of nails into it. Then I hung each roll. It’s pretty and is pretty useful, too!

Oh that sounds cute! I need a way to display them and I love that idea!
