I don’t typically decorate for Memorial Day or the Fourth of July, but sometimes there comes along a patriotic craft that changes my mind on that (not really official) policy. This project is one of them. I really love anything with washi tape flowers, and the frame looks easy enough to make. And, if you want to, you don’t need to make it in “USA” colors – you can use any washi tape so it’s perfect for all summer long.
