I’m moving into a new studio shortly – and I need some places to put ideas and to-do lists. I’m very visual and I like to see things in front of my face. I’m planning on having a few magnet boards just like this one on the wall, with different uses for each one. And you know how I differentiate them? Washi tape, of course! I had an alphabet pattern that I’ve been dying to use, and so I finally got to use it. Add a coordinating color in a solid and you are good to go. Decorating a magnet board is easy (and you can make your own magnets, too!). Here’s how I did it.
Gather These Supplies
- White magnet board
- Washi tape – two coordinating patterns
- Wood circles – around 1.5″
- Acrylic paint – to coordinate with washi tape
- Mod Podge Dimensional Magic
- Craft glue
